About us

Although realizing we were living fortunate and exciting lifes in Amsterdam, there was an urge for a different adventure and challenges. We decided to take a break and travel the world. Specifically the emerging parts of the world. We are looking forward to enjoy the beautiful countries and engage with different people, cultures and surroundings. It has also been our wish to finally set out and see historic economical and political power shifts. We are at the crossroads of many global changes on many levels and we want to be part of that, whether as observers or even better, as direct participants.

We will mainly travel by train hoping to really experience ‘the travel’, to integrate with the local population, to be more flexible in our day to day schedule and to actually see where we are going…

Where we are going? We don’t exactly know yet… Please follow us beyond the tracks and find out.

I bumped into him @ Picadilly Bookstore ( http://www.flickr.com/photos/acmpix/3564745543/ ) and we continued our conversation in a nearby restaurant. One of the most fascinating people I have ever met. Small world !

Go for it for 2000 %! Because as they say:

Great fun to read the blog, and since you are traveling by train, try to get a copy of the book “A fortune teller told me” by Tiziano Terzani. I was lucky enough to bump into Tiziano while visiting a book store in New Delhi and this encounter and his book had an amazing impact. It seems you made the right choice taking the train on your adventure. Happy journey !
